As a Portfolio Manager with Seasons Property Management, Christy Coleman works closely with property owners to oversee the day-to-day management and performance of their rental properties. From resident relations and property maintenance to lease administration, inspections, renewals, and owner communication, Christy serves as the primary point of contact for the properties in her portfolio, providing hands-on management with an emphasis on communication, organization, and protecting her clients’ investments.
Christy brings extensive property management experience to Seasons, having managed rental properties both locally and in the Bay Area. Her background gives her a strong understanding of the many moving parts involved in successful property management, as well as the importance of balancing the needs of property owners, residents, vendors, and the properties themselves.
A licensed California real estate agent since 2007, Christy is also a valuable resource for clients considering buying or selling real estate. Her combination of property management and real estate experience allows her to offer a practical perspective on rental property ownership, investment decisions, and the transition between owning, managing, buying, and selling.
In addition to her real estate experience, Christy has an extensive background in business, management, and organizational leadership. She earned her Master of Public Administration from National University, graduating with honors, and brings years of leadership and management experience to her role at Seasons.
Whether assisting an owner with the management of a rental property or helping a client navigate a real estate transaction, Christy brings experience, professionalism, and a practical, solutions-focused approach to every client relationship.
