At Seasons Property Management, we are committed to helping you find a home that fits your needs and budget. To ensure applicants can comfortably afford rent, we require a verifiable net income of at least 2 times the monthly rent, a minimum credit score of 630 per applicant, and no more than two occupants per room. We also conduct thorough rental history, credit, and background checks to provide a secure and well-maintained living environment for all residents. Our goal is to make the application process smooth, transparent, and accessible, so you can feel confident in finding your next home with us.
Our application fee is $35 per person and we require anyone who is 18 years or older to complete an application.
We require all residents to obtain and maintain Renters Insurance with contents and liability coverages.
We understand pets are part of the family, and many of our properties welcome them! While specific allowances for the number and type of pet vary by property, we have breed restrictions across all properties, including no Pitbulls, Rottweilers, or Dobermans. There is an additional minimum charge of $25 per pet, per month, added to the rent, and residents with household pets must maintain a PetScreening profile for an additional fee of $25 per year. Our pet policy helps ensure a safe and enjoyable living environment for all our residents and their furry friends.
